Shipping Policy 

1. Shipping Coverage
  • We currently ship only within India.

  • All orders are dispatched through trusted and registered domestic courier partners.

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, unless specified otherwise at the time of order.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
  • Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination state and courier service availability.

  • Delivery may get delayed due to logistics issues, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. During Sale / Festive Periods
  • During sales or promotional events, dispatch may take 5–7 business days due to high order volume.

  • We will still ensure the order is handed over to our courier partner within 5 business days from the date of order placement.


4. Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping is applicable on all orders worth ₹599 and above.

  • For orders below ₹599, applicable shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Delivery Timeline & Responsibility
  • Once dispatched, the delivery is subject to the courier company’s norms and transit timelines.

  • 2Eyess guarantees dispatch of your order within the committed timeline but is not liable for delays caused by the courier company after dispatch.

  • Tracking details will be shared (via SMS/email) once the order is shipped.


6. Damaged / Tampered Shipments
  • If the shipment is found tampered or damaged, kindly do not accept the parcel.

  • In case of shortage, pilferage, missing items, or product damage after delivery, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images of the parcel, product, invoice, and packaging. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.


7. Important Notes
  • Deliveries will only be made to the registered shipping address provided during checkout.

  • Any changes in address after dispatch are subject to courier service limitations and may not be accommodated.

  • If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address/contact number or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
